We are ready for positive change in our lives with the ability to make better choices and we re happy to know there is a place we can go where friendly, loving people are eager to meet us with arms opened wide. For instance, it is sometimes hard for a person in recovery, especially early on, to be around someone who is still an active user. You also need to be able to stick to whatever the plan is in case of backsliding. Keep your recovery first, in order to make it last.

An addict may be completely clean, strong in his or her program, people of ethics and character. T together more than those who are sober & vice versa- sometimes it is about the person & not their addiction.
